MS Publisher experts, I can't get the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen. How to fix it?

I have a Publisher file. I want to take the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen but the print is cut on all the sides and the entire text is not printed.

Print Preview also does not show the whole text.

I even used foolscap paper, but it has not helped.

I tried to make its pdf file, but the text is cut in that also.

How can I take the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen

In Publisher, go to Arrange and increase the margins (make them bigger). The printer will only print on the preset margins=part of a document.

You are restricted to the limitations set by your printer.
Open a new, blank Word document.
Set all margins at 0
you will get a message telling you they are incorrect and asking if you want Windows to fix it
click Yes
you will see the default margins

Normally, you have to allow at least 1/4" all the way around and on some printers, 1/2" to 5/8" bottom margin.

I vaguely recall having the same sort of problem, I think it came down to a program oddity and the borders. As in, the borders were shown outside of the area they were actually cutting off. You may have to scale down, do the GAPAGA trick... Guess And Print And Guess Again...
