The question is not if global warming is real. The question is if it is caused by human activities.

The media and the Hollywood left constantly tell us that climate change is caused by human activities. However, many, many scientists do not agree. Many view climate change as a natural cycle.

We know for a fact that ice ages have come and gone. No doubt they will come and go again.

No, it is not an immediate threat. And no, it is not necessarily man caused. I for one am not going to get all excited based on what a few alarmists keep repeating.

I agree that there is some validity to global warming, but that is about as far as I will go.
Mankind has not been keeping records for the millennia that the earth has kept records, and from what she tells us, there have been MANY warm and cold cycles.
And the funny thing is, each warm cycle was eventually followed by a cold cycle... or is it the other way around.

To appropriately answer this question I MUST bring up the POLITICAL aspects of the issue.
When you ask about "global warming", I associate it with the current political power grab and ddesired diversion of your (and my) personal power and finances as well as control over our lives that is at stake as a result of using the abusive tyrannical power of Government to resolve the issue.
Now let's consider Climate Change.
Climate change is a constant aspect of life on planet Earth. It is cyclical and has been repeating its cycle for millennium.
Right NOW I believe we are in a warming portion of the cycle.
Any act of Congress will not change that FACT.
Proceed accordingly.

Of course the earth is warming....if it wasn't, we would still be in an ice age.The question is not if the earth is warming, but whether or not we are responsible for the warming.......
I don't think that puny little men with their puny little mechanisms can affect the warming of the earth. The earth is warming on it's own for reasons that we do not understand, and perhaps never will, especially if we have to depend upon the scientific expertise of the ilk of Al Gore and his political cronies.

Its real. I don't know how immediate of a threat it is. I guess its how you define immediate. But there's not a lot we can do about it. You can't stop a natural cycle. You can only try to develop ways to cope with the changes.
