I'm single 3 kids but with the father of kids. I haven't worked at all this year. Would we get more back if we got married this year or does it not make that big of difference and wait till our planned date in 2008?

I'm a grade nine student in an advanced math program, working at (I think) a grade 10 academic level. We're doing radicals and exponents, and I understand the basics of both, I just have troubles with harder questions. For example:
SIMPLIFY
4*(square root of 2)*([square root of 2]+[square root of 18])
According to my teacher and the answers in the back of my math textbook the answer to this question is 32? Could anybody explain this and just give me any help you can on exponents and radicals in general? And PLEASE don't use really confusing words, or terms, or anything - I just started this unit and I'm really lost, fancy mathematical terminology really won't help.

from what i gather, most women over 30 love getting attention from 17-20ish year old guys. they seem to prefer it over attention from guys in their 30s and even guys in their mid or late 20s.

they say it's because it makes them feel like they feel like "they've still got it". but what makes them think that it's harder to attract teenage guys than guys in their 20s or 30s? most teenage guys are actually EASIER because of the hormone rush. and a lot of them just have this older woman fantasy. i am 19 and i hit on older women all the time who aren't that hot. it's probably harder to het the attention of a 25-35 year old man. so why are most women over 30 more flattered by attention from an 18 year old than from a 27 year old?

My youngest daughter just went off to college this past August. All 3 of my other children had no problem with college but my youngest is having a very hard time. I am worried she may be going through a depression.

She is giving it one more semester before she decides if she is going to transfer next year or not but I am still very concerned.

I know she is not passing one of her classes, wouldn't even get up to go to her other class the other day, and is now a weight of about 90 pounds. She lost 5 pounds and that's a concern to me as a mother.

Should I take her out of college next semester to allow her to go a to a community college??

I know next semester she is staying with a girl she met through the internet who could not get into the college until next semester!

I'm still concerned though!!
Should I put her in a community college for a semester??

Im getting really fustrated it said on directions that its would take 30 mins and it has now been on for 3hrs and 30mins and im still getting a blank black screen with a white flashing bar... I did everything it said I hooked up the charging cable and waited I went out and came back and nothing has change and Im ready to call them any advice?

Depending on your country, state amd city the type of event you have locally will vary in the activities, names and times of the year.
Here in north Florida it is time for the County Fair. We only attend when it is to take the grandchildren.
I don't enjoy the crowds, rides or spending too much money for too little safe fun.

My stepdad is extremely mentally abusive towards my mother. I just found out the abuse has been going on for years.

Someone recently told me that he has to be given a pass on all of his abusive behavior because he grew up with neglect & abandonment issues which has directly contributed to his abusive behavior. Although he has not been officially diagnosed with either manic depression or borderline personality disorder he displays 9 out 10 charateristics that I have read about. I'm wondering if abusive behavior is something that has to be accepted b/c someone is mentally ill or does there come a time when the mental illness cannot be the cause of the abuse and the person is just straight up abusive and doesn't get to use anymore "excuses" for their behavior?

Ok, just got back from Barnes and Noble's and in the African American section there is a book where a Black woman is examining the relationships Black men have with White women and why they have them. I look it over, and basically see another "Black Man's Guide to Understanding the Black Woman" (Horrible book) and pass it over. But it got me to thinking: Why does America put so much emphasis in staying true to one's races when it comes to relationships? Don't get me wrong, I'm not naive enough to think racism is gone, but it's a ridiculous idea that races still can't completely intermingle. So what if a White woman, or any other woman, wants a Black man? I'm not going to chase them away. There are similar books from all races out there about staying true. What's up with that?
