Im getting really fustrated it said on directions that its would take 30 mins and it has now been on for 3hrs and 30mins and im still getting a blank black screen with a white flashing bar... I did everything it said I hooked up the charging cable and waited I went out and came back and nothing has change and Im ready to call them any advice?

If the problem happened when you took the laptop out of the box and turned it on for the first time, take it back to the retailer for an exchange or refund.
If the problem happened after the UPS man dropped off an eBay purchase, complain to the eBay purchaser.
