Does anyone have any first hand ghost stories that they'd like to share? Im talking about real ghosts.

My house was always busy with them and some of them were children. I know that I had one named John who was a construction worker who wore jeans and a plaid shirt with work boots. At night we could hear him walking uup and down the hall. I've not seen him but two of my kids have and so did a friend who was spending the night on my couch! My clock ran backwards at times, I could hear the sound of many people talking in my kitchen from my bedroom which was right next door. Once I was in the kitchen alone reading a book at the table when I heard silverware fall into my steel sink. I got up to put them back only to find the sink was empty, shortly after I had a bag of chips on the counter and I heard the bag being crumpled but when I turned to look, it was undisturbed. I've heard a child which I thought was mine call out to me..."MOM" , I was alone in the house. I've seen little kids around for most of my life (I mean spirit kids) but when I moved here everything stopped.
