Yesterday (Oct. 25) was St. Crispin's Day. I seem to recall that some important historical event happened on that day (possibly something recorded in a Shakespeare play) but I can't remember what it was. Any help?

I’m a casual baseball fan and don’t understand why drafts in baseball don’t seem to produce the same results as basketball or football. BoSox have been ok the last 5 five years, where did they get Papelbon? Why wasn’t he drafted by a crappy team like KC Royals?

Why can’t the loser teams draft players like Papelbon? When someone throws 98 mph and fairly straight, isn’t that a sure sign that this guy should be drafted high? He was drafted in the 4th round in 2002!

Politicians change their positions more than Jenna Jameson does. Its tough to find one that is consistent over a 4 year period... let alone 20 years. I found this clip of Ron Paul from 20 years ago talking about the exact same issues he talks about today. That is admirable IMO and demands respect.

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 months now. In the beginning when we met we both agreed that we found our soul mates, true love and the one we would marry. For the past 5 days she has become distant all of a su. Intially she told me just to give her a little space.(Not cheating) She just claimed to just want some alone time with herself to preserve her identity as a independant women. Last night we spoke and she is now telling me she does not know what is wrong with her and it is bothering her that I am hurting cause of her recent behavior. She stated that she feels resentful in a way becaue i may have smnothered her. She continusoulsy states that she is not breaking up with me or plans to and loves me.. She has started a new birthcontrol (ortho trcycline). I feel it may be that, because 5 days of her taking it this all began. Basically i am looking for some help as to understanding why she has pushed back when everything was great. Any advice would be great. Thank

Two days ago I overheard my coworkers @ Morgan Stanley talking excitedly about this new show that they have been tuning into. Being educated men, and often critical of pop media, I found it strange that they would allow themselves to become so engaged in such a program. I believe it's a show (perhaps it's the end of a Series) that involves a futuristic embattlement of various countries (Bahstin vs. Kholorado?), seemingly with much violence: hitting, striking, and other foul play. Viewing such aggression does not particularly strike my own fancy, but I was wondering what the nature of this program is, and if anyone can tell me more about it. I have approached my coworkers regarding this show, but to no avail; they laugh. I think they are embarrassed to admit they indulge in so much television. They did, however, tell me to post this question under "baseball." I figured it's worth a shot.

My mother passed away and had credit card bills. She had no estate (property, etc). She did have some money from an insurance policy when my Father passed away. I have this money in my possession. Am I responsible for the credit card debt? Can the credit card companies come after me?

I try to use some macros, and I get a message "Code execution has been interrupted" The buttons on this window are "Continue, End, Debug, Help". Sometimes it opens Visual Basic. Closing Visual Basic gets a message "This command will stop the debugger".

How do I get this to stop?

In a relationship for 5 years and they started living together. The woman was paying for all the bills such as rent, food and bills. The man got a $1000 plus coming in to him as income. It fights started because the man was refusing to contribute to the household. His excuses was the place was not in his name so he should not have to pay rent and that he was in a relationship with her. He didn't want to help out with purchasing the food either or bills. When he gets his check he would immediately spend it and by the time it came to the following weekend for them to go out he would say he was broke because he blow all his money when he was out with his friends all week. So that costed even more money to her for them to go out. There are children also involved that they had together. The man had got mad because the woman refused to lend him any money but yet he didn't give her a cent when she ask him for money to help out with living costs. He left left and told her to grow up
