I found two places where I would possibly like to order from, but I just want to make sure it's safe and they are reputable websites. The first is Checks In The Mail, and I heard about ordering checks from Wal-Mart. Has anyone ever ordered from the two I mentioned?

We bought a house 4 years ago and my name is not on the title. I saw a lawyer, she told me since he was the one to pay for the mortgage, I can't ask for the share of the property. How about i pay for groceries, household stuffs, clean the house, cook, fix small things around... he never touch his hands on any thing in the house. What he paid is making interest (equity) and what paid is gone, is it fair???

The lawyer also said I can ask for spouse support, but since his financial situation is a stupid mess (he is a gambler), he has nothing left to pay (he earns over 60,000/year)

I am 57 years old, don't have steady job. Some invisible physical problem. What can I do?

I won't go into all the full-blown details, but back in January I was getting gas and the hose ruptured and I was drenched in gasoline and I was almost 3 months pregnant. I was immediately taken to the hospital but complications started and I was put into complete bed rest....but I lost the baby a week later. I have been dealing with all that .....This week I have been in and out of mediation and court, It's over with....I got a nice settlement, not enough to quit my job, but enough to get out of debt and treat my children to some luxuries they have never had or the opportunity to have.......It won't bring my baby back........a baby that was much wanted.......but it can bring some happiness to the children I have.........God Bless all my friends here in P&S......>Love and Hugsssssssss

My stepdaughter age 12, has asked us numerous times before her birthday to give her cash for her birthday. The day of her birthday she called and said she was short money for the ipod she is buying, she than asks if we are going to give her cash and can she depend on her uncle also to do the same. Is this proper to ask what she is getting in advance?
