I was involved in an accident about a year ago now. It was about 3mph and took place in a parking lot, and it was my fault. About 3-4 mo afterwards, the greedy SOB tried to claim he had some sort of antique in the trunk that got damaged in the accident (funny he wasn't concerned about it at the time!). I guess that didn't work for him so now he's claiming injuries. I was insured under my parents' policy at the time and driving their car. The ins. co tried to settle with him&his lawyer...he didn't accept and now they're threatening to sue my parents! Is this even allowed (well, I guess ANYONE can sue anyone else in this country..but does he have a case)? Is this a scare tactic? If the ins. doesn't cover it, wouldn't he have to sue ME since I caused the accident? I wouldn't care as much since I have no assets...but this guy is a total loser. Personally I wish I had run his sorry butt over instead of a fender bender. I really don't know how this all works, was my first accident

Okay so I woke up gay and happy this morning and stumbled carefully across the hardwood into my stylishly dark bathroom.

I reached blindly for my toothpaste and toothbrush, unscrewed the cap and squeezed powerfully until the mint-flavoured gunk ejected.

I inserted the brush gently into my happy smile and attempted to brush intelligently yet creatively

Suddenly and without precedent or warning my brush shot across my mouth, crashed over the left side of my gaping fly trap, skidded across my cheek and propelled outwards into the open air.

I'm like OMG..I have no teeth. Thoughtfully and dumbfoundedly I switched on the light and much to my dismayed surprise I discovered that I had gooped the wrong side of my toothbrush.

I dropped to a nearby chair to gain my bearing.

I am not sure whether to just get costume make up that I can find at a Halloween store-or if there is some other kind of body paint or something that I can get??? What kinds have worked for people that have painted their faces or heads for sporting events. I would like it not to rub off on everything if possible??? Thanks for any input!!

I've read Kiss the Girls by James Patterson and then I started to watch Dexter in television. Somehow I sense the similarities between them which I really loved the ways of posing the serial killers and their intelligence and perfectness of their murders. I ordered. It always looks like its getting better, but manages to curve round. i feel like someone is laughing at me and all my efforts.

Daughter has been living w/fiance for 1 year, going out
total of 3 years. I've had issues with him lying about certain
things, job, education, etc. But he seems to make her happy
so we have been planning a big wedding for April 08. She sent us an e-mail telling us that she has been wanting to tell us something for awhile now but was afraid of
our reaction. He has 2 daughters, ages 7/8 who he and his
parents have been raising (until he started living w/my daughter
1 yr ago). His parents will continue raising them because of school and friends!!?? 1 girl is biologically his the other is
from same mother but not his who he claimed as his own
because of his love!! Well the mother dumped him and her 2 daughters with him and now only sees them once every 3 months!! The wedding dress is bought, the bridesmaids dresses are bought, deposit on hall ($3,800) and photo.
I want to stop the cash flow now, but my husband doesn't want
to allienate our daughter. What should we do?

Simply because if you suppose creationism is correct, you are saying that the forming of life is a mystery not only to man but to God, and regardless of all the complex intricacies of Gods universe, God was unable to find a logical way to create life, instead he used magic, and everything simply appeared.

It would be offensive to God to quickly assume God is unable to manage something greater than our limited human understanding.

ok so my son has had cereal in his bottle since he was about 3-4 weeks old because of acid reflux. hes now almost 4 months old and i wanted to take the cereal out just to see how he would do without it, because any of you that have to add cereal to every bottle know how much of a hassle it is. so anyway i thought he would be eating quite a bit more since he didn't have that cereal, but hes actually eating much less. why could this be?

Hi, does anyone know any hair loss treatments that actuallywork.

My hair has been thinning over last 15 years or so, I am 40 now, and is becoming noticeable. I am not interested in a hair transplant or buying any silly old product advertised.
