We've probably already had an atheist president, I'm sure. Whomever it was just stayed quiet about it to preserve their political career in a bigoted society. As far as homosexual presidents, I believe the same is probably true.
As for the first Black or female president, that's likely to happen pretty soon. I don't think the GOP has a chance this time around, because GWB is so terrible. And I think the Democratic nominee will either be Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.
Now, as for the first openly atheist, Black, and uncloseted lesbian president, you're going to have to wait a looooong time. Probably longer than the USA will last before we split up into smaller countries over something.

we are on the path to less than 2ND. Poor America It is not going to be a super power in the end times we will just fade away . I wish this was not the case but at least we can enjoy today. we will pay a price God will turn away just as he did to his chosen people when they did not stay in his law. pople say we are not under the law and that is fine for them . there would be some problems, but not as much as when a religious zealot becomes the president, considering the problems the US have with the present, not very religious president.
