My friend was just in a chase with one of his friends, and even though he kept telling him to pull over to atleast let him out, he got arrested as well even though technically he didnt do anything at all

I'm currently almost 33 weeks pregnant... and I've already gained 34 pounds... and I'm not quite sure how. I don't eat that much more than I usually did before pregnancy (maybe about 500-700 extra calories a day, which is recommended), and I don't eat unhealthily. I actually eat more healthy NOW than I did pre-pregnancy!

I'm just nervous, because I still have 7 weeks to go... and I really don't want to gain a lot of weight. My doctor doesn't seem to have too much of an issue with it, but it isn't like I've been eating everything in sight.

How much did you gain, and how long did it take you to lose it? Also, if you had stretch marks... did those go away and did you/were you able to do anything to help diminish their appearance? I'm carrying way out front and kind of low, so my sides/back are COVERED in gross purple stretch marks and nothing seems to be helping... they just keep on getting worse.

Okay so I am 7 months postpartum after a 40 week stillbirth. We are TTC, but my cycle has been really crazy since the delivery, I can't predict when or if I am ovulating. Last month I had to take Provera to bring on a period. I did BBT this month as well as ovulation strips, both were inconclusive as to ovulation. My GYN is set to put me on Clomid November 30. I am on cycle day 38 now (about 5 days later than what my "regular cycle" before pregnancy.

I thought that I didn't ovulate again this month, however just for the heck of it I just did a First Response test with 2nd morning urine. Before the 10 min mark, I have a very very very faint pink mark on the test line. It's about 1/3 of the actual test line, but very faint. I am trying not to get too excited........also trying not to waste more money peeing on things, because it's an expensive habit!!!!

Please give me some advice on personal experience, what does this mean and what should I do????

I mean what is the purpose of this rule anyway? It just creates more controversy. We have 2 officials just looking out for culprits and it breaks down attacking moves. The officials can concentrate in making the game fairer....ie help the Ref in protecting Great Footballers. As it is, they just favour Defence....which is harming Football in general. Let me know what is the pros/cons of scraping this rule for good???

Only they say it was due to nothing but pure incompetence. While that is a good theory based on Bushs record, thats really too strange even for me to believe.

I have a friend I will call "Kelly" Her mother and father just told her that her dad slept with her bestfriend "Tinas" mom...when she got pregnant with Tina. Tina and Kelly look alot alike..same hair, skin, etc. Tina does not look like her dad, but this other guy. But Kelly does not want to tell her because she is afraid of breaking up their family and Tina thinking she is a liar. They are both almost 24!Their "families" have been friends since they were little. I am really close to Tina and want her to know but also do not think it is my business. Please help because I do believe Tina should know who her real father is, but if it is not true then what it just opened a can of worms. HELP I feel guilty holding it in.

She broke up with me last week and she sent all the gifts that i bought her back to me to me, what should i do?
I really really feel insulted, bcz i loved her and i spent so much time when i bought those gifts. Even thought they are not the best but it was the best i could afford.

I'm almost 18 weeks, but I plan on dying my hair in another two weeks or so. I'm not sure if what people say about hair dying during pregnancy is harmful to the baby because I have seen preg. girls that work in beauty salons who work with all these chemicals, etc. and they have healthy babies, and they say that it is normal to them. But still, I don't know if it's harmful to inhale the chemicals or the fact that the hair dye might go through the skin that is harmful. I mean, I'm just confused because I might be wrong, but I still need to be sure if it's safe or not before I go and die my hair which will eventually I will have to bleach my hair a little and use strong chemicals.....

I was in a meeting at work and my boss was threatening to fire one of us. I guess this was a stressful situation. I have had my bouts of anxiety before but nothing like this has ever happened. We were in a white meeting room with bright florescents but EVERYTHING turned white except my boss (who I was looking at ) who was wearing a white shirt(he did get a little foggy). I was almost unaware that it was abnormal for a good 30 seconds... I was kind of in a daze. When I realized what was happening, I kind of snapped out of it and I gained regular vision back, as I got a dizzy tingling sensation all over.. I was about to break out into a Panic Attack (rapid heart rate) when the meeting ended and I got up and walked out and was fine, just a little shaken up. I was sitting down when this happened. Any ideas? Just anxiety doing weird things? I've never heard of this "white out" before.

No of course not. My mom though, probably loves her dog more than my dad. But I love my dad more than my mom. Anyways, people have to treat animals right though. I would not, do not, leave my cat or dog outside at all. Unless my dog goes potty of course. I do not think my pets or any pets will die and go to Heaven either. They have no soul like humans.

i dont agree with her one bit! i think that dogs do have souls and do go to heaven! but not according to her... what do u think about what she said???????

I am taking a psychology class. I love most of my classes and I am generally very passionate about learning.

Its not that I dont enjoy the context of what we are learning, but the professor is AMAZINGLY BORING!

We are required to read the chapters on our own. We have to read becuase at the start of each class we are given a quiz. (WHich is not my complaint at all. I think its great - it helps me realize what I need to study more for the big tests)

THE PROBLEM? All my professor does is read the chapter, directly from the book, through out the whole class. There is no discussion. If we have questions we need to see her in her office or e-mail her. So the entire class consists of her reading us something that we've already read on our own. (I am not the only one who cant stand this class)

Because attendance is required and part of our grade, I need to attend. But its TORTURE sitting there for two hours listening to the reading. How can I make the time go by faster??

a friend of mine has this problem with he's car battery,it is okay once he gets it going with a bump start but when he turns of the engine and leaves it overnight the battery has lost it's charge he has checked for a parastic draw which there doesn't seem to be he has also had the alternator checked which was okay.any other ideas anyone.
