Nem = not
minden = every
szarka farka = magpie's tail
tarka = is checkered
csak = only
a tarka fajta = a checkered kind of
szarka farka tarka.
Anyway in Hungarian language the most common vowel is "e"
this tounge twister is interesting because it has many "a" vowels in it. You should open your mouth and round your lips a bit when you pronounce "a".

It means not all of the stealing birds are colourful, just the colourful kind of stealing birds` tails are colourful.

Not all types of magpie's tails are multicolored, only the multicolored type of magpie-type's tail is multicolored.
