You seriously need to see your doctor.
I had something similar happen years ago, and it turned out to be a type of migraine that doesnt cause headaches, but just what you described. I got lucky thats all it was.

When I was 22 I had it happen to me but in the middle of a sandwich shop. It was overcrowded and people were yelling at each other. First I saw white stars then pure white and finally everything went black but I never fell over because I felt myself passing out and grabbed on to a railing bar. I told my friends I couldn't see and they held my arms until I felt better and vision came back. It was a couple of minutes. I remember my heart beating rapidly and feeling it in my throat. I think you just reached a breaking point. Also, if you were dehydrated that could factor into it as well.
I went and got checked out by my doc and was told I was fine.

The mind can do the weirdest things to the body.
As a fellow sufferer of anxiey/panic attacks, all I can do is highly recommend you see your doctor and have him/her put you on a mild anti-anxiety medication. No one would even know, but you would have calm nerves. How wonderful it is not worrying about if I'm gonna get a panic attack!
I think Klonopin is a wonder drug. I've been on it for over 10 years, and have never needed to take more, and have never had an anxiety or panic attack. Tell your doctor EVERYTHING. That'll help him/her decide which med is best for you. You won't regret it. Good luck, Sweetie,! :)

It could be a panic attack. Stress will do strange things to you. You could have even had a small seizure (I'm epileptic, but they're not just for epileptics, anymore--they can be brought on by stress). I'd definitely talk to my doctor, though--he might want to check your blood pressure and blood sugar, just to rule out those as possible causes, and he may prescribe anti-anxiety medication. I had panic attacks at one point in my life, to the point that I couldn't breathe and almost passed out, but after the doctor put me on medicine, and after I met with a counselor for about a month to help me deal with stress, I was fine.

You were about to pass out... it happened to me before (not fun, especially when you're in a crowd).
When things in your vision start fading to white, it's a sign that not enough oxygen is getting to your brain, and it will continue to get whiter until you pass out.
When it happened to me, someone told me I was getting very pale... unfortunately, I couldn't hear them because too much oxygen was gone from my brain. I wasn't able to see much of anything or hear much of anything until a couple people next to me told me to sit down. After I sat down, colors and sounds started coming back. After a few people heard about it, someone told me what happened (and that I was probably about to pass out)... and she told me that the best thing to do when that happens is to put your head down (like between your legs) to get the blood flowing back to your brain.
It has started happening to me a couple times since then, but when I put my head down a little, I recover very quickly. Also, it helps to keep moving every so often (like shift in your seat every 10-15 minutes or move your arms/shoulders occasionally, for example).
If it happens on a regular basis, you may want to try something to help your circulation like L-Arginine and/or to make sure your diet is sufficient enough. Good luck!

First, you should go to your doctor, this sounds VERY SERIOUS. Making a layman's guess though, this sounds like its related to your blood presure. GET IT CHECKED.
