I am throwing 2 Halloween parties this weekend for my daughters. I need inexpensive craft ideas for girls that are 10 and 7 years of age! We are having a fortune teller read their palms and a donut eating contest.... any other ideas to keep them entertained (cash is tight so the cheaper the better) would really be appreciated!!! Thanks!

A wife takes a lover home during the day while her husband is at
work.
The 9-year old son comes home early, sees them, and hides in the
bedroom closet to watch.
Unexpectedly, the woman's husband also comes home

She puts her lover in the closet, not realizing
that the little boy is already in there.

The little boy says, "Dark in here."
The man says, "Yes, it is."
Boy: "I have a baseball."
Man: "That's nice."
Boy: "Want to buy it?"
Man: "No, thanks."
Boy: "My Dad's outside."
Man: "OK, how much?"
Boy: "$250."
Weeks later, it happens that the boy and the
lover find themselves in the closet again.
Boy: "Dark in here."
Man: "Yes, it is."
Boy: "I have a baseball glove."
The lover, remembering the last time, asks the boy, "How much?"
Boy: "$750."
Man: "Sold."

A few days later, the Dad says to the boy, "Grab
your glove, let's go outside and have a game of catch."
The boy says, "I can't, I sold my baseball and my
glove."
The Dad asks, "How much did you sell them for?"
Boy: "$1,000."
The Dad says, "That's terrible to rip off your friends like
that...that is way more than those two things cost.
I'm taking you to church, to confession".
In church, the Dad makes sure the boy goes in to
the confessional and closes the door.

The boy says, "Dark in here."
The priest says, "Don't start that sh*t again; you're in my closet now."

Bush or the Republican congress from 2000 to to 2006?

The president as the leader of the executive branch comes up with the budget request but it is congress who passes the actual budget (with input from the executive branch).

=====================

According to a Congressional Research Service study, the number of earmarks in spending, or appropriations, bills went from 4,126 in 1994 to 15,877 in 2005. The value of those earmarks doubled to $47.4 billion in the same period. Earmarked projects often include roads, bridges and economic development efforts.

Did the government do it - did they plan and execute the death of 3,000 people that day in order to further their own political agenda ?

Did it happen exactly as the government said it did - 19 men took over a plane and crashed it into a building because Osama Bin Laden told them to ?

Was it pure incompetance on the part of the government that allowed an attack to happen and if there is any cover up it is the government trying not to look like they should have know better ?

Somthing else completely (what ) ?

Somewhere in between those choices (which ones and how far this way or that way)?

This story happened a while ago in Dublin, and even though it
sounds
> like an Alfred Hitchcock tale, it is true.
>
> John Bradford, a Dublin University student, was on the side of the
road
> hitchhiking on a very dark night and in the midst of a storm.
>
> The night was rolling on and no car went by. The storm was so strong
he
> could hardly see a few feet ahead of him. Suddenly, he saw a car
slowly
> coming towards him and stopped. John, desperate for shelter and
without
> thinking about it, got into the car and closed the door.. only to
realise
> there was nobody behind the wheel and the engine wasn't on!!
>
> The car started moving slowly. John looked at the road ahead and saw
a
> curve approaching. Scared, he started to pray, begging for his life.
> Then, just before the car hit the curve, a hand appeared through the
> window and turned the wheel. John, paralysed with terror, watched as
the
> hand repeatedly came through the window, but never touched or harmed
him.
>
> Shortly thereafter John saw the lights of a pub appear down the road,
so,
> gathering strength, he jumped out of the car and ran to it. Wet and
out of
> breath, he rushed inside and started telling everybody about the
horrible
> experience he had just had.
>
> A silence enveloped the pub when everybody realised he was crying
> and....wasn't drunk.
>
> Suddenly, the door opened, and two other people walked in from the
stormy
> night. They, like John, were also soaked and out of breath.
> Looking around, and seeing John Bradford sobbing at the bar, one said
to
> the other....
>
> 'Look Paddy.....there's that f*cking idiot that got in the car while
we
> were pushing it!!!!'

Thanks guys for making me feel welcome. I'll probably have several questions in the future. I appreciate all input.

My girlfriend (of 5 years) has a twin bro who is gay. Being twins they are VERY close. Naturally he is around all the time. In an attempt to make this short I'll just say, if I didn't have a brother myself the gf's bro would be my best man in our wedding. He has become a brother to me. Here is the question.
When we go out to straight bars should I be protective? Should I let him deal with ******* himself? I'm quick to come to his defense. I'll tell you what sparked this question. Just recently at a club, not more than 10 minutes after we walk in, I hear a guy behind me say, " Are you a fa99ot?" I turned around so fast I almost made the guy jump. I put my arm around the gf's bro and asked the guy if he was hitting on my boyfriend. I did it without even thinking about it. The night went on and the situation wasn't mentioned. ** Heck! No more space, wait for edit*
