Hurts to pee. Fever, back pain and abdominal cramps and/or pain. Maybe blood in urine. Frequent urination. Malaise.
Take AZO Standard, and go see your doctor. Drink buckets of cranberry juice and water. Seriously, it helps a lot.

If you are prone to get them, switch from baths to showers. Soaking in hot water makes it ideal for bacteria to thrive in the body. Also, I have found out from my own experience that drinking colas with caffeine too much, too often, can have the effect on the body of mimicing the discomfort symptoms of a bladder infection. Antibiotics are a must for treating infections, but I also like to use (liquid) colloidal silver and I will also take cranberry capsules if I feel a symptom coming on. Colloidal silver is an odorless, tasteless clear liquid with antibacterial properties. It can be found a t health food stores.

you feel like you have to pee really bad, then you do and it's only a drop, if any at all and it burns and you consistently feel like you have to pee... but yet you don't.
It can be fixed by drinking lots of water.
