I bought an investment home over 2 years ago before the bubble burst but the neg am loan is eating up the equity. It is located in Calif as is my primary residence.
The lender doesn't want to modify the loan terms to make it more reasonable, within 12 months we'll owe more than its market value.
If we decided to let it go to the lender either as a foreclosure or short sale, does the lender have recourse against my primary home, which is NOT part of the note or deed. We asked the lender to work with us, they are simply declining and it appears that they'd rather be in the rental business instead of the mortgage business. So in Calif can they go after your primary home which is not connected to the investment home in any way. By the way, they are different lenders.

If you have not experience PTSD or have knowledge (education such as masters or PHd) then I don't really want your opinion but I want real life experiences with this or PROFESSIONAL opinions...

I see a lot of horrible opinions given on here by people who have a (bad) opinion that they should keep to themself.. so if you are someone who knows nothing about this then PLEASE click NEXT.. not trying to be a B&&%$^ but just don't waste my time. I have enough problems .. such as PTSD lol

I'm a first-year math and physics teacher, so being the new person I got the classes that no one else wanted. I admit I started out way too laid-back with them. Of course they took advantage and walked all over me, so I had to kind of crack down on them. So now it's getting to the point that they all hate me! I can't speak for every student, but I know that when I was in high school I didn't really listen to the teachers that I didn't like or respect. I'm afraid this is going to affect their ability (or willingness) to learn the material in my class - and they need it for the ACT!!! What can I do to keep them behaving, but also keep enough respect that they learn something from me???

I am soo confused I can't follow what's going on. As far as I can tell, it was passed by the House and the Senate and then Bush vetoed it (heaven knows why) and now they're trying to get it passed anyway. Is that right?

This question is for those who have had an ultrasound of the breast. I was told by a doctor I saw about 4 months ago that I should get an ultrasound done on breast, because of a lump I have. I don't have any insurance and I don't think I qualify for any of that other stuff, so I want to know about how much it would cost so I could plan to pay for it myself. Any help is much appreciated, thank you.

I've had the lump for about 10 months or so, there have been no changes in it at all. Normally I develope small lumps but they go away on their own in a matter of days/weeks.

I don't know if I can buy a shotgun barrell that has threads inside so that i can add a choke or what. I really don't know that much about shotguns since this is my first. I am wondering how i can upgrade it to a choke barrell instead of just a plain jane barrell, so that I can add a turkey choke or full, or whatever choke i want on it. again my semi auto remington 20 guage model 1100 has no choke on it. How do i upgrade?

here is the thing... i'm in debt over 20.000. I went for help to a law firm and they took all my credit cards to try to settle for me.. I pay them $300 each mos. The problem is that Chase bank sued me for $3000 which i owe on one credit card. I don't know what to do... i don't have the money to pay and i have to go to court on Monday 10/29/2007 . The law firm that took my credit cards said that i should go to court and give them copies of all my bank statements, wages, income taxes... everything that i owe... I'm a bit scared. Please help me as soon as posible... i'm very scared and i don't know what to do.

I am curious about this (obnoxious and weird )guy next door to me who think of himself as a sexy guy and has a weird shape head, kind of big but non extremely, and like a watermelon shape; plus, he is bold only in the upper part of his head because at the sides he had a lot of hair and the bold part area is always shining.
I felt sorry for him because that feature is totally unatractive I guess to many woman besides me of course.
SoI had curiosity to find out if that is normal or perhaps he was born with some deformation.
