Where can i find a site that talks about different human heads and shapes?

I am curious about this (obnoxious and weird )guy next door to me who think of himself as a sexy guy and has a weird shape head, kind of big but non extremely, and like a watermelon shape; plus, he is bold only in the upper part of his head because at the sides he had a lot of hair and the bold part area is always shining.
I felt sorry for him because that feature is totally unatractive I guess to many woman besides me of course.
SoI had curiosity to find out if that is normal or perhaps he was born with some deformation.
I hope somebody can referme a site to find out more about this question
