Doc, you've gotta help me. My wife just isn't interested in sex anymore. Haven't you got a pill or something I can give her?"

"Look, I can't prescribe ..."

"Doc, we've been friends for years. Have you ever seen me this upset? I am desperate! I can't think; I can't concentrate; my life is going utterly to Hell! You've got to help me."

The doctor opens his desk drawer and removes a small bottle of pills. "Ordinarily, I wouldn't do this. These are experimental, the tests so far indicate that they're VERY powerful. Don't give her more than ONE, understand? JUST one."

"I don't know, doc; she's awfully cold ..."

"One. No more. In her coffee. Okay?"

"Um ... okay."

Our hero expresses gratitude, and departs for home, where his wife has dinner waiting. When dinner is finished, she goes to the kitchen to bring dessert. Our hero, in fumbling haste, pulls the pills from his pocket and drops one into his wife's coffee. He reflects for a moment, hesitates, then drops in a second pill. And then he begins to worry. The doctor did say they were powerful. Then an inspiration strikes: he drops one pill into his own coffee.

His wife returns with the shortcake, and they enjoy their dessert and coffee, our hero with poorly concealed anticipation. Sure enough, a few minutes after they finish, his wife shudders a little, sighs deeply and heavily, and a strange smoky look enters her eyes. In a deep, throaty, near-whisper, in a tone of voice he has never heard her use before, she says, "I ... need ... a man ..."

His eyes glitter and his hands tremble as he replies, "Me ... too ..."

I wanted something different and I thought there was NO WAY I could afford diamonds but to my dismay--I CAN! wOOt! I thought the square shaped diamonds were unique too. :)

AKA pencil bush/tree, firestick, milkbush...I looked it up and found out the sap is poisonous.
It was on my finger and I had just drank a glass of milk so I thought it was milk but then my starting burning and I'm feeling nausious, already threw up.. can't go to a doctor right now. Will this go away? or is there anything I can do or take?

My boyfriend & I rented a house thinking we were getting a great deal, well NOT!!! We have lots of mole in the bathroom, the laundry are in the basement has lots of exposed wires and when it rains its comes in the basement, also a spot in the wall bubbled up ( the paint did) it looked very gross my dad says its fungus and its in the house and not able to remove or treat. This is a very old house I guess we were so excited about getting our own place that we didnt pay enough attention like we should of. Anyways I have had it with this place I dont feel safe here for me or my family what can I do? Can I get out of my lease? Can this house be condemed?

I remember my friend once telling me that her mom made this great gravy to go with sausage and biscuits that used condensed milk. OK I saw this movie eons ago and only bits and pieces remain in my head. There were 2 kids, a girl and a boy..the girl disappears into the ocean riding on the back of a big turtle as the little boy watches. She comes back later all grown up and kisses the boy while he is sleeping under a palm tree. Those were the only 2 scenes I can remember but I know it had to do with a big sea turtle and the girl. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

My husband is a Jehovah's Witness and it seems as though he has to portray a certain image in order to attend the Kingdom Hall and be accepted. He has not been baptized but because he was raised as a Jehovah's Witness he attends the Bible studies, goes the to the Kingdom Hall and has his one-on-one study with one of the Elders.

He wears a suit every single time he goes to a function. Why can't he wear a nice long sleeved shirt with a nice pair of slacks and dress shoes (basically without the jacket)? When I asked him he said that's just what Jehovah's Witnesses do. But why? Does it really matter?

I believe that everyone should dress nicely to go to the house of the Lord, but does that mean women have to wear dresses or dressy jackets with skirts and men have to wear suits? Besides the fact that Jehovah's Witnesses don't celebrate holidays, it seems as though they have a lot of requirements that have nothing to do with religion or God.

After nearly nine months my boss finally realized I was out of my contract. I didn't say anything because I had spent the time looking for a new job in a different career. As fortune would have it, I am set up for a final interview for a new job, but at the same time my boss and I have agreed on the details of a new contract. I expect the contract will be given to me about a week before the final interview. Should I try to stall signing for a week or two? Should I tell my boss the truth that I'm waiting to hear about another job? Or should I take the bird in the hand and forsake the two in the bush?

Latitude example

15Degrees East, because latitude is east and west of the prime meridian

Longitude example

15Degrees South, because longitude is north and south of the equator


is that right? if not, please correct me in my form of writing it

like "15 Degrees South because bla bla bla"
