Cats-eye, Star Sapphire and Quartz crystals.
A Quartz can be cleansed and charged to promote and clarify your visions. Be careful with what you seek, once that ability is developed, you can't turn it off. Alot of what comes through to you may not be something you wanted to know!

amethyst quartz (the purple crystals, I think that is what there called)
crystals can reverberate, I often wonder about the interaction of crystals with the human aura, which is electrical.
(Be careful "channeling", not all spirits are nice)
