my last period started on oct. 1st.. it was actually my last month's worth so i had to make an appointment to get a new prescription (which is next week). my husband and i have had unprotected sex about 5 or 6 times since my period ended. what are the chances of conception and how long should i wait before i test? should i ask my ob/gyn to do a blood test when i go in for my appointment? i have had some slight pressure feelings in my pelvic area the past few days but i don't know if its my imagination or what! i'm getting confused. anything will help at this point lol

what would you all do if you walked in and caught your so called best friend with your fiancee, who you are engaged too and plans are set for July 19, 2008. Kill them or set them on fire, I am serious. I have know this cow of whore for a lifetime. We grew up together, she was my maid of honor. They don't know I saw them. I am a good man. I treat people with respect, I try to make the right decisions in life, and people typically like me. I am a loving, caring individual who sympathizes with people when they have problems. However, I can not seems to forgive people. It's not like when someone is running 5 minutes late for something I never forgive them (I mean the smaller things I let go) but I mean for the bigger things. Even if I can understand why someone does something, I can't forgive them for doing it if it is something I feel crosses the "threshold" into a big deal. It's too situational to talk specifics but I guess what I am asking is why a nice guy such as myself is nice in every meaning of the word can't forgive? Is forgiveness something you learn?

A poster just asked if women understood how men feel about sex.

So do you know how women feel about sex? Some men on this forum suggest, in part, that women consider sex as a bargaining tool to get what they want out of the man, or that some women don’t enjoy sex and are mostly just consenting to having sex with you, while others suggest that feminists are all man-haters.

Guys, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Women dig it just as much, if not more, as the man does.

Please give us your opinions. I’d like to know how YOU think we feel about sex.

I am man and I wouldn't want to be a women. my reasons are because men are more physically able to do a lot of things. Especially playing football, basketball, soccer etc. I mean girls do play these sports, "except football," but it’s not that exciting. Another is the pain that women have to go through when having a baby. That’s just ridicules. Last, when getting up in the morning they have to make sure they put their makeup on, fix their hair, and do their nails. For us men’s, we could just get up take a shower and go to places. But these are my reasons. What’s yours?

I know I'm spending WAY too much, but having a hard time figuring it all out. How much do you spend (and family size) each month for groceries? Here's what I'm including: any eating out (sit down restaurants, fast food, starbucks, etc) & all groceries (anything you buy at the grocery store, including cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent, food, drinks, meat, veggies, etc). I keep track of my spending and for my husband & I we are spending close to $1000/month! This is about $400-450 for groceries (as described above) and around $525-$600 for lunches & eating out. We dont' go to "fancy" places and I do buy some generic items instead of brand name. I have been logging my receipts to see what I really spend (not just what I think) and I have been shocked. Do others spend this much? Are you just estimating? How sure are you that your guess is accurate or do you have a budget? Thanks.

Ok heres the deal . I have a 05 Yukon that was left to me after my Dad passed away. I been trying the last 7 weeks now to get this vehicles registration done. They won’t let me get the tags for the Yukon because it under my dads name. I have a copy of my dads will and everything where is states the vehicle was left to me. Because I was not the power of attorney of my dads estate, there saying I have to have the power of attorney sign a piece of paper saying this vehicle indeed was left to me by my father . And my aunt (the power of attorney) wont sign this page because of a piece of land that was left to me by my father that she wanted. I’m doing everything I can to try to get the vehicles registration done. I have had a lawyer on this for some time now and hes just not getting anywhere. I am just curious to see if anyone else has dealt with a situation like this? I cant switch lawyers, and I cant get rid of the land, so those options are out!

I love my mother with all my heart. She has brought up us kids with good morals. Parents do make their own mistakes. I know I am a parent and I have learned what not to do with my daughter. My mother is very negitive. She has always favored my sister because my mother use to tell me all the time while growing up that I was a mistake and that I was not suppose to happen. All my life even till now she always says that I have never been smart enough and that I am stupid. I have told her couple of times but she continues. I am about ready to cut her out of my life once and for all. The last time she called me stupid was on my birthday because of her dying friend who has brain cancer wanted to give me a purse but I was told never to take out anything. I mean come on..It's a purse! I have been trying so hard to have confidence and self esteem.My mother says I need to lose weight and maybe if I do I will get a man.
