I have because I thought it was wrong to eat all the innocent animals but then I just told myself "I won't eat innocent animals anymore I'm just going to eat the guilty ones". But really I went vegetarian for a few months. I can't live without chicken or burgers. I need my proteins and I'm not drinking a protein shake.

I was told by Legal Zoom that if I got an LLC in the city I woulod have to advertise my company in a local news paper, and the cost for that was 1,1000 bucks. If so what the hell does the small business adminstaion do all day, this feee is outrageous and prevents people from moving on. Please help me figure this out?

My father is interested in changing jobs and with his present job he has a good build up of his 401K. If he closes the 401K account, how will the taxes be handled? Will they take taxes out before he receives the money, after he receives it, in between?? How does this work? Also, if he was to put some of the money into paying a house morage off, will he recieve a tax break? Are there any tax breaks in this? Thanks!

have u noticed how rotten people have gotten these days? it seems like they just say whatever the hell they want with no remorse. i attribute a lot of this behavior to the internet. people get used to talking disrespectfully anonymously, and soon it becomes apart of their personality in real life. I'm getting very worried about what might happen to us if we continue down this road. It starts with words, and then progresses to actions, and i think we are already getting to that point where we feel we can do anything we want without consequence.

how does everyone else feel about this?

I was having an anxiety attack when I was in the mental hospital & they rough-handled me, restrained me, threw me in the seclusion room, & gave me a shot & threatened to call the cops on me. I never knew the cops can be called on a mental health patient while in the hospital, & I also wonder since when was having an anxiety attack been a crime? They also called me attention-seeking & irrational, & I wasn't. & one of the nurses laughed @ me while experiencing the attack, & then when I got upset, they tried to say I was paranoid, & I wasn't. I KNOW that nurse was pointing & laughing @ me. Also, the doctor put me on antipsychotic meds (Seroquel), based on what "the nurses" reported about me, & I think they just didn't understand me. & every time I needed assistance, the nurses tried to avoid me. I felt I wasn't being treated fairly. & 1 dude my age (24) figured he had authority over me just because he worked there & figured I was crazy.

There were times when I had my job for 10 years that when people were mean to me to my face I would be very aplogetic and constantly say sorry and I would just be nice to aviod conflict. I was very afraid to speak up to people for fear I would get treated with more hostility. There were a couple of times I firmly spoke up and it got some people to back off. Christians I have a question what does it mean to "be nice" Does the Bible ever say to be "nice"? And what are good ways to deal with hard to please, difficult. dogmatic, demaning and gossipy people without comprmising my faith or integrity? My old boyfriend found me and has expressed that he still loves me... 10years later! I still care about him but, so much has changed between us and things ended really badly between us. We faught all the time and things even got physical (on both our parts). He says that he has changed and claims that he wants to try again. This money hungry woman wont leave the house, she never had to work and now is saying since they are divorcing (not final yet) she cant take care of herself and doesnt thik she should pay for her cell, ins, gas, etc... she has a lawyer and he tells her she can stay in the house but he wants her out, it's her own fault she cant take care of herself, he has custody of their daughter and his son from another marriage... any suggestions to get her out legally??

Years ago, I supported the invasion of Iraq -- to my mind, Saddam Hussein was a brutal dictator, guilty of mass murder, just like Hitler. But years on, the Iraq war had not played out like WWII. What am I missing in my thinking? I thought taking out Saddam would be like taking out Hitler. But I'm missing something... can you point me in the direction of some websites that have info on this topic? Thanks.
