I was supposed to get a dog but because of some recent events I am going to have to wait a few years until I get an appartment of my own.. So I am tooking for a kind of low maintnance pet.. Any help?

My mom's house has some solar power panels on the top of her house but they are not connected to anything. They don't even have wires or anything like that. Does anyone know how to connect and make solar panels work?

i went away to college, and they have you install security programs on your computer. While i was at school i had to install a bunch of other things as well, i downloaded aim, and stuff like that so i could talk to my friends, adobe reader, and things like that. now im at home, and i wanted to uninstall everything that i dont use becuase my desktop looked like a mess. so i did. its currently not hooked up to any internet or anything. ever since i did that, every time i try to log on, or try to click on anything, it starts to load, but just ends up looking stuck and a blurry picture. Also the monitor goes on and off all the time! everytime i try to click on something it does that also. sometimes it will go into sleep mode and even if i move the mouse it doesnt wake up! one time a blue screen came up and was like "if this is the first time seeing this message, restart the computer. if its not do the following." its a dell and windows, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I recently asked a question about wearing a vest to the gym and got a lot of answers wondering why on earth you would wear a vest to the gym. I'm assuming they were American so can anyone tell me what Americans call a vest?

In the UK a vest is a t-shirt with no arms by the way, is it something different in the US?

I'm working on another mathematical piece, this one a cubism style of Da Vincis "Vitruvian Man" (naked guy in 2 simultaneous positions), but i'm having trouble understanding how to do it. I was thinking something collage-ish with individual flat coloured layers for the shades. I'm not that thrilled with the multiple perspectives though, as it's a little too abstract for me.

Any paintings or basic "tutorial" examples of cubism would help.

ok this is a pain i have windows vista and everything is small taskbar menu font on web pages everything how do i fix this?? i tryed the adjust font size dpi all that did was make the desktop icons bigger which is nice they are normal size now am i missing a setting somewhere i went through prosonalization already and nadda.

I have tried almost everything that is the most obvious thing to do. I deep condition a lot and have used professional products recommended by my salon; I switch off the deep conditioners so it's not the same one every time. I use hot oil treatments once a week; sometimes twice. I cut my hair as often as it is needed to get the split ends off. I quit dying my hair 2 months ago. BUT: I still have dry hair. There is a few pieces that are the worst around my face and they bother me so much!!

I would like to know every possible remedy to help dry hair go away without the drasticity of cutting off all of my hair....I can't do it and I won't. So it's not an option. Please let me know if anything has worked for you.

As part of her acceptance of being a girl, I wish my sissy maid to go door to door trick or treating in my culturely diverse neighborhood. "She's" a little reluctant about this but is willing to go along with it so I wish to dress "her" in something very girly and humiliating.
