Speaking of girl pretty he did play a cross dresser in Breakfast on Pluto.
Anyway, when I first saw him all clean shaven in 28 Days Later he was amazingly hott. I still think he is. Especially in Red Eye and Batman Begins.
He has beautiful eyes and gorgeous lips.

Well you could say the same about Ben stiller, who i think is good looking.. But I'm not attracted to Cillian, although he is a good actor. Umm is it just me or does he look abit like James Blunt in some of the google images?! Hm maybe just me lol.
