So I'm unable to get past these three problems at the end of my review. Please answer and explain them. First correct answer will surely get 10 points.
1. g(x)= x+b, x<0; -cos(x), x>= 0. Now is there a value that will make g(x) continuous at x=0. Is there a value for g(x) that makes it diffrentiable at 0. why/why not? give reasons.
2. y=lnx and y=e^x are inverse functions. the graph of y=lnx looks like it may be approaching a horizontal asymptote. write an argument based on the graph of e^x to explain why it does not.
3. find the points on the graph of y=sec x, 0= Thanks a lot guys.

What is the proper ettiquette? My child was in the hospital for a week and in ICU for several days. My husband missed work and of course we ate fast food every day. My husband traveled back and forth from the hospital to our home a few hours away. My sister has some inlaws that we know casually. They sent a nice card with money in it. They sent $100.00. How do I thank them? My sister said to mention the dollar amount, but is that tacky? How do you thank someone for a money gift, at a time of need? It is not a birthday or wedding gift. Is it tacky to give the amount or should it just say thanks for the generous gift?

one fallacy which was pretty much said by christ himself is that "either you're with him or against him". so basically we are either on god's side or the devil.

"a wrong is undressed if the retribution overtakes it's redresser."
can you make so that i, a 14 yo girl, can actually understand it.
i get undressed means not made up for and retribution means punishment, but how does it tie together. how would the punishment overtake the punisher? does he mean guilt or secongd thoughts?

I used to be an overachiver: good grades, good conduct, perfect student, right?

Every year i look forward to school starting.
Well, this year was the first year that i was dreading going back to school because something didn't feel right about this year..
now i am failing 2 classes where one seems impossible to pass (algebra) because ever since kindergarden, mathematics have been the most frustrating thing in life. So now i have until december to pull those grades up, or else..

I remember my Elders always refering to it as tin foil.
I have refered to it as aluminum foil since I have been grown. I just didn't realize that there was a difference. You?

The first mass-produced and widely used metal foil was made from tin. Tin foil was replaced by aluminum foil in 1910.
