is it normal to have the same dream alot of times and then it happens? this has happened to me alot! about alot of different dreams. could it be that God is trying to warn me about something?

Title says it all.

I talked to the person who rearended me, left the scene, and was later given a DUI (and hit and run).

I told them that I got two estimates on my car, one for 350 and one for 950 (both true, one is for the paint and buff, one is for a brand new part). They said they will not pay me because there is not that much damage to my car.

I said either you can pay me the 350 and I won't show up at court, or you can choose to wait to make me pay (and file a claim with my insurance), and I'll make sure I get the higher estimate and I will show up to court to ensure you get the hit and run tacked on which you wouldn't get if I didn't show.

They said I was threatening them and that they are going to countersue for extortion and threatening them? That doesn't make any sense. Then they had some "lawyer" call me up and say the same thing they said.

Is this legit or what?

I know that was Dr. Cosby said was controversial but after watching the clips shown on Oprah and viewing the show I really don't understand why. He was just pointing out an unfortunate truth within the black community. Now this is my opinion but I would like to hear what other people feel (if they feel anything at all) about this subject.

logically- if in America banks, AMERICAN GOVORNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS, hospitals, you name it all have a "push 1 for english" option.

then perhaps taco bell SHOULD have a push 1 for spanish option.

I have a 2 wheel drive 2000 Toyota Avalon. My dad said he got new tires for my car exactly a year ago, but the front two are already going bald. I'm no tire expert, but I've been doing some research and I just went outside to look at them. The back tires seem fine; they passed the penny test and I can't see the tread bars. The front two however, didn't pass the penny test, and the tread bars are almost at the same level as the surface of the tire.

I talked my dad into looking at them, and he thinks they're fine. He also thought there was too much air in the tires and started deflating them a bit...even though I got them filled only a few weeks ago at Big Tires...

I live in Denver, and last winter was horrible!! I had just moved from CA too. I got stuck in snow about 5 times, and I skid really bad one time too. Could this be why my tires are so bad after only 1 year? What would you recommend I do now?

My Husband is planning on going back to his native country in december. He has informed me that he will not be coming back here. We have discussed divorce and I have picked up the paperwork to get it started. The problem is that we have 3 minor children that he is leaving as well (If it were only me, I would not have a problem). He does not want to pay child support or anything else. He acts like nothing here matters to him. If we do not get the divorce before he gets back to his country he will not have to pay. I can start the proceedings now, but is there anything I can do to keep him here in the states until it is final? I need child support to help me financially with the kids. If I can get the support order before he goes, will his passport be revoked so he cannot leave? I need advise on where to go from here. He says he will not contest the divorce, but we will have trouble when it comes to child support. Help, please.

I know this is a freakin idiotic thing to be scared about but thats just how I roll...Well I left me gym bag at school with my iPod and everything in it (things that arnt even supposed to be in school like Cell Phone, iPod, gum, voodoo doll er...i mean...well whatever...) and if my school finds a lost bag they look through it and if they find something that's not supposed to be there they take it away and wont give it back til the end of the year...Especially cells and iPods, they listen to them and look at the pics...And I am worried because I have "innapropriet songs" (by their standards) and pics of Criss Angel shirtless lol...Yeh your right I shouldn't have even had that dang thing at school but I need something to do on the long car rides home. Sorry I burdended you with my silly problems but it helped to complain about it haha...Anyways...

Do you think it's right they can go through our stuff like that?

I'm really thinking about becoming a vegetarian. i really dont like eating meat. i feel really bad for the animals. Do you ever feel naueous or sick from not getting alot of protein? my mom says i could go to the doctor and they could give me vitamins that will give me protien. do they work?
