I was wondering if MRSA gave you headaches because I've been having a lot of headaches lately and there's been a breakout here.

Community acquired MRSA (the kind people get when they're not in the hospital and I presume that's your situation) typically presents as a skin infection - a boil or an area of redness/warmth/pain on the skin. It can rarely present with a deeper illness such as pneumonia but frankly, the vast majority of pneumonia is NOT MRSA.

So unless you have a skin infection somewhere on your body, your headaches are from something other than MRSA.
