i was curious what great exercies there are to lose those love handles, and the fat around my waist. i just recently had a baby and i still have some of that pregnancy weight that i want to get rid of. any suggestions on what i should do to get rid of it, fastest possible?

or just weight in general? since i have her and her dad is deployed, i am still around the base and don't have any family, so would perfer to do exercies that i can do at home. does walking help that much? say if i add 30-60 minutes of walking a day, how much weight should i expect to lose a week/month?

plus, is it better to eat 5-6 REALLY small meals a day to lose weight, or just one small meal? i am on diet pills (perscription) so am never hungry!!! should i still try to get myself to eat 5-6 times a day? or just stick with my one small meal? i only drink water too... so that isn't an issue.

I'm writing a movie script where one of the characters steals confidential data from a telecom company which has national security implications. How long do you think it would be before they used a lie detector on the employees to determine who the thief was? Would it be the first day, on the first round of questioning? Follow-up questions? I want this to be realistic, but would prefer to have as few rounds of questioning as possible, to keep this part of the movie short. But I'll do anything just to make it look real. I'm assuming it will be a private security firm doing the investigation, though I might change it to the FBI.

Any personal experience on this would be helpful. Thanks.

i need a macro to do the following,

look through column c and if the cell has 4 charectors whether numbers or letters or fewer, change the color of the cell or change it in someway to perform the next function add specfic text to the cell next to it example xxxx in the cell next to it. then continue to the next cell below untill cell is empty. so that i can sort it later so that only those cells are at the top. or delete all rows containg that xxxx

Ok my husband has really nasty breath, and I'm alway telling him that his breath stinks, and I know there's nothing he can do about it especially when there's not mints or gum around, but I'm hurting his feelings all the time telling him his breath stinks all the time. So how am I supposed to stand his (or anyone's) bad breath if its horrid and they're talking in my face?
I have a very sensitive nose and it makes me sick when a person has bad breath.

unless you are unemployed or a single Mother you don't get any tax breaks? Why should the rest of us struggle When the government won't offer us any incentives. Is it really so strange for a young famiy to want to give it a go. I'm almost ready to vote conservative cause they are the only party to recognise that this is an issue. Okay so now I am totally confused: I just want to take some pot shots at a bunch of coyotes that keep coming nearer and nearer to our house every week - we live on 12 acres in the mountains - so I check out online a bunch of air-rifles and air-guns and have become totally confused by electric, CO2, sizing, pellets etc.

Given I don't want anything about guns really, and i don't ant to to be too close to any critters I guess I am in need of a air-rifle - which type or one to chose?

I literally cannot afford to take off of work for jury duty...i make so little money and too many bills. I know that your work has to excuse you, but still, i cannot afford it.

The summons say to submit anything pertaining to having to miss jury duty to them in writing.

Is it worth it to explain in a letter that I need to work and make money that day. Should I attatch paystubs? bills too?

Do they take this excuse?

I heard [from Juliano The Raw Food Guru] that coffee itself is not bad for you, but the stuff we put in it is bad. Like the chemicals and pesticides we use for growing it, and the dairy & sugar we put in it.
