When I take up a new task, which is rather difficult and I complete it successfully e.g. performing pirouette - an act of spinning on one foot with the raised foot touching the knee - and I am quite advanced in age but still able to do it. It is in my mind that yes I can do it and I succeed. One success gives me energy to do more and disregard any barrier whatsoever. This is my most joyful moment.
