My car was stolen and the theif crashed it up a gutter and into a pole.. can i get compensation? Im only in year 12 and cant afford to fix my car without some kind of miracle.. and since the damage is going to be costly to fix is there any compensation out there for me.. i only had ctp insurance??

I know little about politics, and little about religion.
I have a serious question regarding the separation of the two.

Some of you know what I'm talking about, but out in my neighborhood we're having issues with the church next door and their special land uses (which they're not abiding by). Just recently they changed the voting of two precincts to be held at the church.

My question is this:
Is it against the separation of church and state to hold voting for a political position at a place of worship? Would the church not receive funds from the township for holding the voting of the precincts there? If they don't, I believe that would be considered special treatment by the township (government), which is also not exactly legal.

I need help with this. My mother, along with a gajillion neighbors are writing letters to the board of trustees. I can't necessarily do that, since I am not a township taxpayer or a landowner. I am, however, writing a complaint letter to them fo

I am sadly a Republican who thinks George Bush is the worst thing that ever happend to this country an is only second worst to Jimmy Carter. I believe the Clinton's are nothing but hillbilly Arkansas trash and Hilary would be the ultimate disater for our future. Neither the Dems or the Reps are concerned with the common good and only are after lining their own and their friends pockets. Will and honest person of modest means ever become a leader of the people. I do not see a single candidate who I feel is worthy. We need a nationalist party who will protect our freedoms, secure our boarders and make America the great country it once was.

my wife and i have an annual fight, and i need to know what the world thinks. (TD=Thanksgiving Day)

wife's family tradition:
TD - dinner at noon
day after TD - my wife and her mother go shopping, getting up at 3 or 4am. this can last from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, in which a nap ensues.

so here is the deal. i have ceded that we will keep her TD tradition because her family is unwilling to budge/compromise at all.

X-Mas is handled. We both compromise X-Mas Day every other year.

what do we do about thanksgiving? i say that my family should be allowed to have it at noon on the day after, and she says that is unfair bc she already has an established tradition on that day. i think it is only fair that if i give in for TD, she should do the same for the day after. My bro is also married, and we have to work with his family too.

I think I'm compromising more. What do you think? If I am willing to give her whatever she wants on 1 day, is it unfair to ask that from her on the next?

How do you choose between two people that love you? I broke off a relationship of 5 years and started a new one with a long time friend, now the person that i was with before for 5 years wants me back. Now the other doesnt want to let me go either. I am attending a University and one of my friends is illegal and got accepted to the same school as mine. She would not receive any financial aid because of her illegal status.
