Okay so I have been having problems sleeping for the past month.I cannot sleep before 3am EVERYNIGHT.I mean i begin feeling sleepy at about 10-11pm but when I go to bed nothing happens.I toss and turn and walk until about 3am and then I fall asleep.
I have also noticed that IF I do fall asleep before 3am,the sleep is not restful.I usually get bad dreams or I sleep lightly and any sound wake me up.It is driving me crazy as I am feeling the effect of it now.I am a university student and I use lots of vitamins.I eat healthy,exercise everyday and am very intuned to my body.
I dont know if this would help in answering my question but I drank coffee for years[I grew up with grandparents,lol.]. Even now when I drink coffee its not to keep me awake,because it does not,I just drink it because I love how it tastes.I can drink an entire pot of black coffee and fall asleep right after.My mom told me I am a caffine addict so I have not had coffee in months just to prove her wrong.lol.
