Is 2012 really the end? I've read so many things so far. The Mayan calender ends, a giant asteroid is heading for us, the polar reversal will happen, I wouldn't be surprised if the yellow stone super volcano blew up in 2012.

I just want to know if all this is a bunch of crap, or if it will really happen?

Also, don't give me any of the live your life to the fullest crap. I already know that.

Macbeth says this rite after his wife kills herself. i guess it's supposed to mean somethin about the meaning of life. anyhow, any thought about why he'd say this or anything'd be sweet.

here's my essay question:

is manbeth right in the above quote? is life a "tale told by an idiot?" or is there something more to "all our yesterdays"?

I think she has some kind of mental illness if there is any for lying. I was trying to brush it off but this past spring she told 3 about me in a matter of weeks so I confronted her as nicely as you can. And needless to say she didn't take it well. She wasn't talking to me for a while. Now out of the blue I call her to tell her think you for a package that she sent the kids. And she said told another story and I am sick of it.

It seems that an engineer died and went to the pearly gates. St. Peter met him and looked in his book to determine where he was to go. He could not find his name in the book, so he sent him to hell. Okay...I'm the idiot who forgot to turn her pump back on last night after a shower and ended up with a sugar of 439 at 0330.

I feel much better...physically speaking (sugars have been stable all day in low 100s) but mentally...well, I still feel pretty stupid.

Anyway, I read all the responses to the question I posted earlier and I appreciate everyone saying that I'm only human, and that I'm entitled to a mistake. I agree with that but this is one mistake that could have had dire consequences. That is really the one thing that is still bothering me.

The fact that I'm an EMT also rubs salt in this episode. I should know better...as a diabetic AND an EMT. I know all too well what could have happened.

I ate well today, walked my 3 miles, checked my sugar about every 2 hours and made sure the pump was running and that the alarms were on.

Well. I consider this a lesson learned. I hopefully will not make this same mistake again.

Hi folks, I have a research project to perform and I have to 'invent' a device that can fit on my wrist. I'd like to use the below referenced flexible LCD from HP, but cannot any information on it since 2005... Does anyone have knowlegde of newer sources (I know Sony have developed similar, as well as Gummi) because I'd like to specifically use this one due to it's awesome properties (e.g. display retention while powered off) and size... I need information with technical information and such.
