Hopefully people will realize I am not attacking anyone here. Just asking a question.

I have seen people say things that Pentecostals do is of the devil. Things such as speaking in tongues and slain in the spirit. I am not asking whether you think these are for today or not. Nor am I asking you to support them or disprove them Biblically. However I think most Christians would admit Pentecostals are Christians. If you agree Pentecostals are Christians and say these things are of the devil are you not being similar to the pharisees who accused Jesus of casting out evil spirit by the devil. Isn't it close to blasphemy? What do you think? It seems to me they are accusing Pentecostals in the exact same way Pharisees accused Jesus.

Okay, I have a cousin named 'Stacey' and she's 33. She has a daughter named 'Lucy' who's 16. Anyway, Stacey has always been a wild child. She used to sleep with any and everybody, catching several STDs and drama along the way(She told me all this; this isn't gossip). Anyway, regardless of her disgusting behavior, her daughter Lucy is a very good young lady. She's very into soccer and she's a straight-A student. She doesn't have time for boys. The problem is that her mother keeps insulting her and saying things like, "You try to act all quiet but you're probably some secret ho or something. I was very perfect and good when I was young(a LIE!), and you better be like me!"

It disgusts me what a liar Stacey is and I would love for Lucy to know what kind of a trashbag her so called "perfect" mother really was(and still is!). Should I let the "truth" spill out or should I just watch my my poor cousin try to live up to some false standard that her crazy mother set for her??

Hey everyone, Im moving with my fiance to Palm Desert in January for 3 months. I am a travel nurse and he will be looking for a job when we get there. Air America reported that one of their very own nationally know correspondents, Randi Rhodes, had been mugged on a public street. To exacerbate this story, left-wing kook and fellow Air America corresponded Jon Elliott raged on and on about this mugging, pontificating that it was carried out by (wait for it) agents of Conservatives who were desperately trying to silence the voice of reason on Air America. Yes, Jon Elliott went on and on about this being a vast right-wing conspiracy to silence Air America.

Guess What? It turns out that Randi Rhodes had been out, walking her dog, AND SHE TRIPPED OVER HER OWN BIG FEET AND FELL ON THE SIDEWALK! That's right folks; no muggers; no vast righ wing conspiracy; no conservative assailants lurking in the shadows trying to still this voice in the wilderness, just another loopy liberal who can't walk and chew gum at the same time and a conspiracy kook tilting at windmills.
