Jacksonville Jags. They're consistant enough to usually stay in the AFC playoff hunt, but are majorly overshadowed by the powerhouses in the AFC. Even a number of worse teams get more coverage.

I used to forget about the Vikings. They have Tarvis Jackson and Adrian Peterson now so their somewhat in the limelight. Then alot of people forget about the 49ers until when Terrell Owens and Jeff Garcia left, pretty much up until Frank Gore came. Now it's the Chiefs.
