It seems in my agency when there are productive issues to be solved, they rather single out one employee and focus all their attention on that one person for discpline, rather than view the problem as much larger than the fault of any one person, but an organizational issue. As a result the real issue never gets resolved.

It's not even fair, they are top 5 in both offense and defense. They are in a league of their own, I've been a football fan for 15 years and I've never seen a team assembled with close to as much talent. Whoever thinks the Cowboys have a chance tomorrow is crazy, and the colts only have a slightly greater chance. This team makes recent colts team look like a joke.

I have a cable with red and white and yellow ending. Red and white ones are connected to my speakers but the Yellow one should be connected to my monitor which has a 15 pins ending. Is there a adapter for this that i can connect the Yellow one ending from the cable to 15 pin ending of monitor?

To make it brief. He made my life to be like a beautiful dream. All lovely words are mine, actions were accompanied hence, he turned out a professional cheater. Anyways, He thought he'd be playing me a fool for long but may be am lucky to discover earlier b4 getting serious with this b a s t a r d. I rarely chat btw, but I knew his nick name there so once i was too bored so i logged in & found him. I thought to ve some fun with him b4 telling him its me. Got so excited to know am a chick & started to ask to meet him after a long intimate chat 4 sex. Before bursting in his face telling him the truth - I met him next day (as he thought to be the chick) it was his fatal mistake! yeah, that chick was me and I slapped him coz he was dorky b4 being a liar & a cheater. I have a senior engineering project. Without giving too much detail what we are going to do is extract data from a machine (engine status, temperature, gas flow etc etc) and put that data on the web. What we want to do is be able to create an interface where the operator can access various information from the machine. in other words a GUI like system where you can click to see the various part of the machine and report its status. Also, control some settings like set temperature set points. We where thinking of doing this interface on the web so that anybody with privilege access could access the machine. The data being displayed should be updated automatically. That is live, not every time you press the refresh button. Also, the interface or GUI should be able to query a data base an generate graphs and what not. in short an applet type of system. What tool would you recommend and why to do this job. Price, easy of use and learning curve are important.

I really need you to pray for me. At my work, this guy is trying to ruin our business. My grand-father isn't doing so well and he probably won't get any better, and it's more than likely his time to leave this world and enter Heaven. My dad is very stressed right now, because of the guy at work. My mom's bithday was this week, and we didn't do much for her, and I feel really guilty. My aunt has Cancer and there is no treatment for it, and she is going through Chemo-Therapy. My mom is a smoker, and is trying to quit, but isn't doing it as fast as I think she should, and I am worried. My brother is a smoker and his girlfriend is trying to get him to quit, but nothing seems to work. My dad won't let my family do anything related to work, but this guy from work is having a bonfire, and my dad doesn't want to go for some reason, but I do, and this guy that I really like is going to be there, because it's his dad that's having the bonfire.......wait, I have more......I am adding details.....

I moved into a house this summer and in the back is small crepe myrtle tree(bush). It had one very small bloom and that is all. The trunk is small and thin. Could this be a crepe myrtle bush instead of a tree that has just not been cared for? It is about 10ft. tall but very weak looking. How can I tell and what can I do for a healthier look?
