I just finished off an entire can of black olives all by myself...
Then I read the label. It was 11 servings.
Sad thing is...if I had another one I'd do it all again!!!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself. Everyone has their times when they want to pig out. I know I do ALL the time. Besides, olives couldn't be that bad for you could they? Better than eating 11 cheeseburgers. (lol)

It's not what you are on the out side it is what you are in the inside that counts. Your heart and feelings are the source of mind and believing in your self and caring for others. Eating olives don't matter I eat a lot of things I love but it don't change the way I am on the inside. Your outside is just your looks not your inner self. Your not a pig. Take care and God bless.

a "serving" doesn't mean the amount a person should eat. I actually don't know how the determine serving sizes but I think they're determined by a guy with a 12-sided die. For instance, in a box of fig newtons, a serving size is 2 cookies. 2 cookies? "Yeah Jimmy, I WOULD eat that steak, but I just had 3 whole newtons, man, and I am STUFFED!"

I cannot answer that. No body other than your self can answer that. You are what you are and that is that. I prefer Spanish olives. The green ones with pimento strips stuffed in'um.
A fat pig I my be at times, But a HAPPY fat pig I will be!
Enjoy your life as YOU want it to be. Be yourself!
"Cheers",
Todd

That labeling is ridiculous. I see like these burritos wrapped individually, or a Hershey bar, and it says "Servings - 2" or "2.5" when there's no way people can save it in the package it's in.

It also strikes me funny when it says "Per Serving" and "Entire Package" (3 servings), and the math doesn't add up (calories go up OVER 3 times).

No. You were having a craving. We all go through it.
We all make bad food choices once in a while.
Just drink lots of water so the sodium doesn't bother you too much, and make better choices the next couple days.

but you ate a can of olives, so you like yummy snacks and went a bit overboard. lol i like olives too.

Think of all the vitamins! Yesterday my husband and I started the Christmas shopping and bought a couple of tins of Celebrations to put away. They are hidden in the bedroom, and 1 tin is nearly halfway gone! Guess where I'm going after I've finished this answer.
