Most obvious and standard are walls that run perpendicular to ceiling Joists/beams/rafters. Certainly if you have access you can determine that.

Load bearing walls run perpendicular to the rafters or trusses in the ceiling, not parallel. They are usually at or near the center of the trusses or rafters but not always! Be careful.
