I too have a problem in choosing the best answer in the philosophy section for that matter if given answers are equally. First, i decide to choose it based on the stars rated to the answer. Secondly, if there is no basis for the stars, i put them to vote so as to have a fair decision on my part. Thirdly, i based it for those who have full informations on the matter being asked. Really, there are times that you have to give up but choose those that have greatly influenced you.

If they were all equally as good, then I Look for the most detailed answer and award that person the BA. Or I'll see who's been the most creative with the answer. If there is Nothing that sets an answer apart from the rest then I'll put it up for a vote. I really hate to do that but, sometimes there is no other way to make a choice. I hate to hurt someone's feelings by just making a blind choice, and someone's feelings are going to be hurt if they're ALL equaly as good.

I look for the ones who have answered in either a comical or clever way and if I still cant decide I wimp out and put it to a vote!
I thumb up all the ones I like first though!

this is how I would choose the firt choice is correct answer and the first correct answer because it could mean that they were original not coppied.and the second choice is they have a good personality and they answered most of your questions have to give them some pts for putting time and efforts to answer.the last choice I like to give to the people with 0% best answer because I like to make people happy and they will remember me for being the first person in y/a to make them smile because I got wings.

I let the YA community decide because I don't like to play favorites with my contacts or anyone else that is nice, even when their answer is different than what I may have picked. Is fun to see the variety.

That is when I go against what I stand for and let the community vote. It was answered by the community and so it fits that they pick who deserves best answer. It rarely happens with me but that is the only time I don't pick best answer.

Well honey, I will normally give points to the one with the lowest score that has reasonably good answers though.
