Bachelors degree?

Is there a difference between a bachelors degree from a University and a bachelors degree from a "University college"?

From my understandin a University offers BA, MS, and PhD

University colleges only offer BA.

is this correct?

No.

Granted, a BA or BS from a good school is considered better than one from a bad school -- but there are great universities and great collges. There are also bad universities and bad colleges.
