Is there a connector/adapter between the Yellow end of a cable (which is for video) and 15 pin monitor end?

I have a cable with red and white and yellow ending. Red and white ones are connected to my speakers but the Yellow one should be connected to my monitor which has a 15 pins ending. Is there a adapter for this that i can connect the Yellow one ending from the cable to 15 pin ending of monitor?

If i could have a link or something that i can see what it is called or how does it name or where i can buy it, that would be great.

NOPE
That RCA / PHONO plug carried COMPOSITE video, and a VGA signal is RGB, withthe signals broken into component parts.

NO adapter available
