I have heard rumors that a coach locally has been accused in the past of sexual misconduct with a minor, I do not want my child to play for him if its true. How can I go about finding out if he has been accused?

When I was growing up back in the 60's, we had a little ice cream stand that had the best walnut sundaes. It was scooped vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream with walnut pieces on top. I don't know what the syrup was used on it. It was maple flavored, but was this a special syrup, or would this be a syrup like we use on pancakes? If it is, I believe it would be a good maple syrup brand. The syrup was warm, and it was sooooo good. Anyone that grew up back when these sundaes were popular that might have some input?

I am lactose intolerant, so not a lot of diary, but I can eat some. I cannot stand foods with texture like wheat bread or ricotta cheese, No fish, and we have very little money so nothing expensive.

I need to loose 30 or so pounds and their just isn't alot I feel I can do to help my eating habits. What are some simple easy ways?

currently i am at an event barn in a great facility, and a trainer i love... but there are a few down sides...

there is 3 outdoor rings, and 3 grass places to ride and graze, but only one indoor, which is very small. there is about 80 horses at the facility but they're all from different barns and we all do differnt things [eventing, dressage, hunter, western pleasure] so once it gets to be cold and snowy we all have to ride together in the indoor and its a pain because the dressage people are always doing fancy things which take up alot of space, and the pleasure horses are on the rail not moving, and then its us and the hunters weaving and dodgeing the other horses, and my horse doesnt like other horses riding near him.
BUT this barn is GREAT i LOVE the trainer so much, we've basically re-trained my horse and we're doing so great together, and she's very careful about feeding and the horses health, i KNOW my horse is in good hands even when im not there, butttt this barn is 20...

I know that typically, a softer textured shortening is desirable for baking. Crisco creates this with a hard, fully hydrogenated oil blended with a non-hydrogenated one, while cheaper brands sometimes create the soft texture with partial hydrogenation. I want neither of those. I want the fully hydrogenated, hard one. And preferably not from the net. Thanks.

I received $15,000 from a sale of land in July. I had planned to make a one time payment with a 3rd quarter voucher. I missed the deadline in September for the 3rd quarterly tax payment. Is it better to pay now (late) or when the 4th payment is due (at the end of the year)? Also, I did not make a 1st or 2nd quarter payment because I didn't know I would be selling the land.
