Ghosts are now usually used as energy in the air or some people believe that they are spirits. People say that ghosts look like the person of which it is a ghost of. People claim to see it but they have no proof. Some ghosts could be evil some aren't.
If you want to see "ghosts" search it on youtube you'll find a lot of video but remember don't be surprised when things aren't what they seem to be.

If you're afraid "of ghosts" remember Newton's Third Law:
Every action causes a positive and negative reaction.
It means it ghosts can move stuff and enter our world then we can come into physical contact with them

To put it in basic terms, ghost are energy. We believe they are what happens to a person's life force after they pass away. Although, there are different type of spirit manifestations, the term ghost usually applies to a human entity.

They can appear in different forms, though usually try to manifest themselves as they were in life. This doesn't always work and so there are different things seen, such as shadowy figures and so on.

Have I seen one? Not in a full body apparition. But I have seen things on investigations that I don't know how to explain else wise.

Are they evil? Depends. All people are different, thus one would assume all entities are different. But, like I said before, there are different types of manifestations, some that are non-human and well, those are a little harder to define.

The traditional view of ghosts is that they are the spirits of dead people that for some reason are "stuck" between this plane of existence and the next, often as a result of some tragedy or trauma.I have actually experienced alot of ghost activity in my life, from hearing voices when i was alone, seeing shadows in the corner of my eye. They do exist....and I think that people who don't believe have a hard time understanding things that are unknown.

I have had several encounters. One was at a hotel in Vancouver, Canada in July 2006. We were at a sci fi convention and many weird things were happening to people in one area of the hotel: a maid's vacuum caught on fire, one lady was thrown across her bed--in front of 3 friends, lights were doing weird stuff, the fire alarm went off, etc. The last day of the conference, at the closing party, I had taken a few photos with a digital camera and when we went up to the room to download them to the laptop, I noticed an aura around and across the guest of honor's head. We enlarged the area and there were 2 faces superimposed over his face. 2 not so nice faces. We made copies and took them back downstairs to the party.

They resemble a creature that is unique in appearance. many have seen them as dogs, cat, pig, small person. In christianity, ghost are souls awaiting judgement if it can dwell in heaven or hell.
