Where is los santos beach in gta san andreas. and where on the beach is the helicopter?

i have no idea which beach is los santos beach. WHERE is the helicopter on that beach

Los Santos beach in San Andreas is the beach on the first island. Just look on the map in Los Santos and look for the beach area.

I know where the helicopter is on the beach because I use it all the time, but it's hard to actually say, but I'll try anyways.

If you go to Los Santos beach there should be a safehouse with a little parking lot like right near the beach too. If you start out in front of the safehouse and walk straight ahead, you should see the helicopter somewhere in the distance once you get close to the water.

Also, I don't know if you have to get your pilot's license first before the helicopter shows up at the beach or complete a certain mission first and that may be the reason why you can't find it because it may not be avaliable there yet.
