I have been having lower back pain. I am not sure what it it is from...i think working. What are some ways that I can get rid of the pain. I have heard sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps??? Do you have any tips on how to decrease lower back pain.

ok the guy with arthritus must be 55....but anyways the pillow thing does help....also, maybe a message..not gay!!and if it still occurs take some advil or IB profein...hope king kong helps!!!

This could be anything from a bulging disc to a herniated disc. It could be a muscle orientated.
Try a pillow between the legs, don't sit with your legs crossed, try and sit right. Don't slouch. Lay with a pillow under your legs.

If it gets worse see your primary physician and see what he says, he'll probably have you get some MRI's and see what's going on in there.
Try some ice packs and Ibuprofen for now.

My lower back pain is Arthritis. When a neighbor took me dancing, once a week, the pain was gone in six weeks. When he became sick, six weeks later the pain was back. I now get myself dancing once a week. Don't do all types of exercise, for some of them make it worse.
A doctor can tell by looking at an X-ray if you have arthritis.

use a heating pad and a crap load of icey hot.... but not at the same time..... cuz it says on the icey hot bottle not to use it at the same time... i wonder what would happen... you are wlcome to experiment though!!!!!!!!!! KING KONG
