Yes they are physically capable of making puppies and they will when they get old enough unless you take them to the vet and have them spay/neutered.

The fact they are siblings does not mean they can't make puppies---it just means they will probably make UNHEALTHY puppies.

Newfs have many hereditary health problems and combining a sibling pair is very very risky.

You should get them fixed ASAP. They don't care that they are related and when she goes into season he will treat her like he would any other female.

Call the vet.

They can breed, and so could their puppies if they had any, but they SHOULD NOT. This would be inbreeding, and in many cases, it causes the puppies to have lots of health problems.

And besides that, you should never breed ANY dogs unless they are registered & papered, have been thoroughly health-checked by a veterinarian, and are an outstanding representation of the breed. 10,000-16,000 animals are put to sleep in shelters EVERY DAY in the United States, simply because there are not enough homes for all of them. It's safe to say that this problem is almost completely because people breed their pets irresponsibly, or just don't get them fixed and end up with unexpected puppies and kittens. Please don't add to this problem - get your Newfies spayed/neutered as soon as possible.

Besides, spaying and neutering your dogs will prevent any number of health problems they might develop otherwise, such as testicular tumors/cancer, ovarian tumors/cancer and cysts, mammary tumors/cancer, uterine infections, uterine tumors/cancer, false pregnancies (which can be very stressful for a female dog), prostate enlargement, prostate tumors/cancer, and prostate infections. Neutering a male dog will also make him much less likely to be aggressive toward humans or other dogs, and spaying a female dog will keep her from the stress of male dogs pestering her when she's in heat.

All in all, the best possible thing you could do for your dogs is to get them fixed. Please do it.

Do not breed these dogs. Do yourself and the dogs a favor and have the spayed and neutered. This would be inbreeding! The puppies may end up with health problems. Trust me when I tell you this is a very bad idea.

They're physically able, but inbreeding is not a good idea. Breeding in general is not a good idea, especially by inexperienced people, as you seem to be.

Please get them fixed - there are enough dogs in shelters who need homes because owners who are enthralled with puppies decide they don't want them after health problems pop up - health problems that can be caused by bad breeding.

Yes they can, but think Long and hard about it! I would not recommend it. Too many people are breeding indescrimanently and you will breed into the puoppies any vgenetic defect your dogs may have. And if you sold the puppies someone will breed them, thus perpetuating the bad gene.

Wow you don't have a clue as to what your asking do you! No they should not have puppies. That would be inbreeding. It is not a good thing to let happen at all.
For your other statement, Their pup also can make puppies, they will not be sterile.

It is biologically possible, but it'd be like you having sex with YOUR sibling. It's disgusting and the pups would be unhealthy and deformed. Spay and neuter!
