Salad Greens (and toppings) are inexpensive and help you 'feel full'.
Eat more meats such as baked chicken and leaner cuts of beef.
If you must have some dairy, use dried cheese sprinkes such as Parmesean or Blends to add some 'ump' to your food.
Try other types of breads (in moderation). Start with a basic white bread and sample others. You will see quickly which ones you can tolerate and loss weight.
Drop the sodas and sugared drinks. Water and unsweetened teas (no artificial sweetners).
Good Luck!

I think you could start by eating healthy foods like apples or bananas with peanut butter (so you have your protein). For breakfast, try cereal you can munch on, since you can't drink milk. Drink orange juice with it in the morning too. and you could also have toast with jelly on it, which gives you your needed carbs (cause even though people think no carbs is good, it's not). Try to find chicken that's onsale if you like that, and chicken soups are good too.
basically, just exercising a lot more and eating less junk food will bring you to a better lifestyle. The less junk food you eat, the less you will crave it. But, it's alright if you have a very tiny bit of junk food each day, like one small piece of chocolate or 10 chips. ( just so you don't deprive yourself of good tasting food). Eating in moderation, and burning more calories than you retain will help you lose weight. It won't come fast, though. If you need that, then just take diet pills. but i don't reccommend those.

You can get your recommended daily ammount of fruits
and vegetables through juices like V8 and V8 Fusion.
You should also try eating 5-6 small meals throughout
the day, instead of 2-3 large meals.
Don't eat until you're full and drink a lot of water.
Avoid salty foods.
Also, try and get 30 minutes of cardio in every day. But
make sure that you get your heart rate up while doing it,
otherwise it's pointless.
Good luck.

Try soymilk (the silk brand) I love the vanilla flavored one. Eat fruits, apples are delicious.
Drink water.
Eliminate juices, sodas and pasta. That alone is worth a lot.
Think about this: Three times a week I run 3 miles. Each time I burn about 240 calories.
Drinking a supersized soda (about 240 calories) would set me back 3 miles. If you don't want to run 3 miles everyday, eliminate sodas from your diet and you will have the same effect as far as calories go.

Cut out almost every sauce, salad dressing, and spread (like mayo) and use salsa instead. It tastes amazing and is good for you. I even put salsa on lettuce.
