Why is it that there are still some people out there who do not believe Global Warming is real despite the fact the international scientific community (I think the IPCC?) has came out and said they are 95% certain it is due to humans? How can people say the scientific community just wants to profit off this? How would a scientist profit off this when they are payed by organizations for their research and their reputation (which is vital to scientist) relies on it? Is it just a moral issue? Do people simply not care? If so how can they not care? Socrates said "one can not know and then not do the morally right thing." So is it simply a lack of knowing which keeps us from doing the right thing?

In other words, explain to me how it is possible humanity ignores which we know is most likely true (according to the scientific community-im trying to be unbiased here)?

I have an old B.C Rich Warlock which is an N.J Series and it has a Floyd Rose tremolo and EMG active pickups with a rosewood fret board. My friend tells me that the new Warlocks are not worth alot of money but the older ones are worth alot of money. I looked on the guitar and I can not find any dates, the only thing I see is a serial # and where it was made. Does anyone know how to find out what year the guitar was made.

Can you define these exercises?
1. Bodybuilder
2. Power Lifter
3. Strength trainer
4. Olympic Lifter

Suprisingly, most people who are experts on exercise, have trouble telling the difference. Especially ones who write books on these subjects. Hint: MOST think bodybuilding is all 4...

It is NOT!

Strength trainer for 22 years.

I don't have any kids. But I do babysit for a cousin that has kids and she insists that if they misbehave that I should spank them. I personally have nothing against spanking however I told her that I don't feel comfortable spanking her kids. She insisted that because Im family and she trusts me that it's fine. Her kids are really spirited and high strung (thats the nice way of putting it) but im not sure whether spanking will help or not because Im not their mother or father and I don't think I shouldn't discipline them in that way. What do you guys think?

If you are already totally against spanking don't preach to me about how it's wrong okay.

I am looking for a name of a movie. It is R rated or more. It stars a beautiful white girl, with brunette hair. It starts I belive with a shower scene, follows to a strange on-street interview. She gets hit on often, has sex with boyfriend and a lesbian friend. The boyfriend then makes an offer with a rich old man to sell a sexual opportunity with the brunette. She gets the old man to give her millions for this. Then, she tells the boyfriend she only got a hundred dollars. The boyfriend kills the old rich man and I believe he goes to jail. If you know this movie, you will be greatly rewarded.

Granted I first noticed this after a night of dancing in 4inch heels but I still don't think this should happen. It's mainly my big toe and my second toe of my left foot that go numb and stay that way for about 2-3 days. Any suggestions on why??

I have a Canon Powershot Pro S3 IS which I absolutely love, and I am looking to get a decent (and resonably priced) zoom lens. Its more a hobby thing, so I dont need "professional" equipment. I have no idea what I am looking for or which direction to head towards. Any help/opinions would be great! Thank you!

I was working about 2 weeks ago, I'm a cashier. It was almost time for me to go home and it was really busy. This guy that I used to work with came in, went straight to my line and asked for my number. I was swamped and I didn't want to give it him 'cause I have a bf but I didn't want to explain why I couldn't give it to him, so I just gave it to him. Then he left. Didn't do any shopping or anything. I thought "when he calls, I'll let him know I have a bf, and if he wants to just hangout, then cool." He never called me. I'm glad he didn't 'cause it would have been awkward explaining it to him but I just think it's strange that he came right in, went right up to me, got my number then left, then never calls. I could tell he liked me when we worked together. What's that about?
