I was working about 2 weeks ago, I'm a cashier. It was almost time for me to go home and it was really busy. This guy that I used to work with came in, went straight to my line and asked for my number. I was swamped and I didn't want to give it him 'cause I have a bf but I didn't want to explain why I couldn't give it to him, so I just gave it to him. Then he left. Didn't do any shopping or anything. I thought "when he calls, I'll let him know I have a bf, and if he wants to just hangout, then cool." He never called me. I'm glad he didn't 'cause it would have been awkward explaining it to him but I just think it's strange that he came right in, went right up to me, got my number then left, then never calls. I could tell he liked me when we worked together. What's that about?

Maybe he wants to go out with you but is aware since the time he asked for your number that you have a boyfriend. I know you were swamped but you should of told him you would talk to him in a few minutes, then told him you had a boyfriend. Good luck!

Maybe he did it on a bet. But if you think he "liked" you then rest easy tonight assuming he lost your number. Why would you even worry about this 2 weeks later if you claim you have a bf and would explain that to him if he called?

Maybe he gave someone who saw you ( and liked you ) the number.
Or he could have been dared to to that ...( which isn't likely)
Or he is some sort of secret agent and... never mind
