Granted I first noticed this after a night of dancing in 4inch heels but I still don't think this should happen. It's mainly my big toe and my second toe of my left foot that go numb and stay that way for about 2-3 days. Any suggestions on why??

The last right vertebrae is connected to my pelvis for reasons unknown which usually leads to pain in my left leg and hip area. Also, the last 10 months, I have had neck pain and problems...
All connected..?

You have either injured the medial tarsal nerve from over-use or poor-fitting shoes, or you are developing tarsal tunnel syndrome. Both of these things occur from too much pressure on a nerve. Minimize you activity for a few more days an take ibuprofen several times a day to reduce inflammation. Give it two or three more days to heal - then, if it is a problem, time to see a doctor.

You can Google: tarsal nerve tunnel entrapment
