Does anyone know if there is a "list" of the top scenic college campuses in the United States? I know Appalachian State University has been mentioned a lot as one of the nicest campuses. Does anyone have any opinions? Thanks

Ok so I (out of habit) pop my big toes, have for a long time. But earlier, I popped my big right toe, and all of a sudden my foot started hurting around my toe. Finally I felt around the area and found that the pain was coming from the bottom (of the top) of my foot, right between my big toe and my second toe. If I apply pressure there, it hurts REALLY bad! I don't think there has been much swelling, maybe only a little in that area and of my big toe, but only a little. I can't walk on it regularly since it hurts too bad to do that, so I've been basically walking on the right side of my foot. Oh, and it hurts to move my big toe. It feels fine if I don't move my foot at all. I don't think anything is broken because I can move it, but it isn't from a bruise. I've gotten bruises and this isn't one, this is an inside the foot kind of thing. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

Can this be true? He made up a will in 2000. He amended it in 2003 where as the Kidney foundation got 70% and the kids to split the rest. She (his wife, not my mother) says that he signed everthing over to her before he died and now there is nothing to probate. He had 2 houses, land, and a 3 bay shop full of costly machinery. I had to send off to the clerk of courts myself to get a copy of the will. There was quite a bit of money back in 2003. Even if, as she says, there is nothing to probate, wouldn`t it have to go before a court to sign off on it? Thank you for your time and help.

My lashes are long and very curly, and I do mean over curly. When I get up in the morning, I wash my face or take a shower, and there they are curly as the @ sign. That little @ sign is exactly what each of my lashes look like. I am wanting to know if there is a special mascara or technique which will straighten them? Any help would be appreciated. My mom grounds me because of my bad grades and then she gets mad because I quit the cheerleading squad and she's trying to make me rejoin the squad! I don't understand her at all. I mean I quit the squad because it kept me from spending time with my bf and our cheerleading coach is an idiot who takes the squad too seriously. So today I got mad and quit because she yelled at me because she saw me kissing my boyfriend when I was supposed to be practicing but she isn't my mom so it isn't any of her business! but why would my mom want me back on the squad if she wants my grades up?

State of Missouri--My fiance is divorced and has temporary full custody of his kids who he has had since separation. He has already gone to court for the full and permanant order of custody. His ex gets supervised visits on Sundays but doesnt take them. Is it legal to leave the state with the children? Can they charge him with kidnapping or just ask him to return?

I am asked because we have been wanting to move and have actually tried. We are currently staying in Alabama working now, to set up the household and the children are staying with his parents. The problem is, his parents are trying to prevent us from moving because they feel it would "mentally" hurt them to move away from their grandparents at such an early age (3-2yrs old)
This is malarky.
They have parentally alienated him from his kids and told them there father was bad for moving at that they arent allowed to see him. They wont speak to him. The grandparents actually went to a lawyer to to try and take the kids. Help?

My dog that I have had for a very long time just died...He was A VERY healthy pitbull. Does anyone know what could have happened to him he was in perfect condition? At least four local real estate agents have not returned my call for help with a contract to rent my home, or "are too busy." Fine I'll remember that when I need an attorney for closing and title insurance after I sell. In the meantime, can I write my own rental agreement? I'm having problems with this math problem.....Kyle had 36 books in his locker. Some were library books, some were textbooks, and the rest were telephone books. The number of library books and telephone books combined equals twice the number of textbooks. The number of textbooks and telephone books combined equals three times the number of library books. How many of each type of book were in Kyle's locker?

I have replaced the heating element in my dryer the first time it stopped heating and that worked fine. Now its not heating again the heating element checks out so do both thermostats.
