Ok so I (out of habit) pop my big toes, have for a long time. But earlier, I popped my big right toe, and all of a sudden my foot started hurting around my toe. Finally I felt around the area and found that the pain was coming from the bottom (of the top) of my foot, right between my big toe and my second toe. If I apply pressure there, it hurts REALLY bad! I don't think there has been much swelling, maybe only a little in that area and of my big toe, but only a little. I can't walk on it regularly since it hurts too bad to do that, so I've been basically walking on the right side of my foot. Oh, and it hurts to move my big toe. It feels fine if I don't move my foot at all. I don't think anything is broken because I can move it, but it isn't from a bruise. I've gotten bruises and this isn't one, this is an inside the foot kind of thing. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

Update: Now the rest of my foot is starting to hurt when I walk on it. The pain has been going on all day.

I suggest you go to a doctor. It might be that you dislocated it and it isn't properly in the joint causing impingement on a nerve or you might think it is from "popping" your toe when you are really developing gout. Of course, those are only two possibilities and I am not a doctor nor have I seen your toe. Btw, some people can walk on broken bones! You really need to see a doctor for an examination, possible testing and a diagnosis.

Yes and I can make mine show personality. I do little shows for the nephews. Spready toes are the more evolved and smarterestist toes.
