I don't think so. The red light cameras are triggered when you enter the intersection during a red light. The light was green for your lane, so if you entered the intersection and then swerved to the right to go straight, you may not have triggered it, although you were still running a red light.

There isn't any way to do this. If you don't want people to take pictures of your house, build a fence around it. In most jurisdictions, you have little or no legal recourse, either, if they shoot from public property or right-of-way. There are some very expensive systems that will direct a low-powered laser towards a camera to produce a very bright light in the photo that obscures everything else, but they would be quite extreme for a homeowner to install, and you risk being sued or prosecuted for damaging a camera and/or damaging someone's vision. It may be practical for secret military sites but not for ordinary homes.

Did that intersection have a traffic camera in the first place?

If you went straight when the light was red, yes you have a good chance of getting ticketed. Sometimes you get lucky and they are unable to read your license plate for whatever reason, rain, snow, dirty lens etc and you get a break.

Also note to people about the flash, many cameras are not Video cameras and they do not flash at all. So just because it didnt flash it doesnt mean anything.

if the regular green light was showing as well, then I would say no.

Did you see a flash? If not then probably not.

I didn't realize stoplights had cameras in them. I don't think so. Imagine how many tickets they would have to issue every day if there was a camera in every stoplight.
